Femalepreneurs Academy Members Cancellation Policy

As a member of The Femalepreneurs Academy, you can cancel at anytime. All you need to do is login to your kartra portal here and on the home page, head to the bottom of the page and you can cancel your account.
Once you have done that your account will be closed immediately and you will no longer be charged. If you have any questions you can get in touch at femalepreneursacademy@gmail.com.  Please note that if you choose to cancel part way through your monthly membership you will no longer be able to access members only content and this restriction will apply immediately upon cancellation. The Femalepreneurs Academy only receive emails to femalepreneursacademy@gmail.com, so if any emails get sent to elsewhere regarding a cancellation or any other reason, it will not be responded to so please ensure the correct email is being used. 
So if you wish to cancel, please bear in mind when you do as your access is revoked with immediate effect.
If you wish to cancel and still have access, the only way to do so is to cancel a day before your next bill is due. That information will be on your bank statement and in your email.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid.  If you wish to change your credit / debit card details then this must be done from your members portal, at the bottom of the page and update billing info.  Please note that we do not have access to your payment method and are not able to update any of your details.  Please note that if you fail to update your payment method correctly and it is shown that you have had membership access to the website whilst your payment has not been valid then you will be responsible for any membership costs accrued during this period.

Rules & Restrictions on Submissions

  1. Users should exercise common sense and courtesy in submitting comments or materials for posting in the Members Group (“Submissions”). Inappropriate Submissions would include, for example, comments or materials that:
    1. make false or defamatory statements about others;
    2. are obscene, vulgar, abusive, hateful or threatening;
    3. harass or discriminate on the basis of race, religion, nationality, ethnicity, gender, sexual preference or other factors;
    4. are invasive of the privacy rights of others (e.g., by including addresses, phone numbers or other personal information about third persons without their consent.)
  2. Submissions may not include content or materials that violate the copyrights, trademark rights or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  3. Submissions may not contain unauthorized disclosures of proprietary or confidential information.
  4. Users may not use the Facebook Group in a manner or for a purpose that could violate federal or state antitrust laws. For example, the Facebook Group may not be used to communicate with competitors about prices, discounts, market shares, sales territories, or other terms or conditions of trade.
  5. Users may not use the Members Group to promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities or for any purpose that may be illegal.
  6. Users may not use or attempt to use the Members Group for commercial purposes. Submissions may not include advertisements for goods or services, solicitations, “spam”, chain letters, surveys, pyramid schemes or the like. Users are not precluded from posting promotions for actuarial related information and events or job postings in the field of actuarial science.
  7. Submissions may not include false or misleading representations of affiliation with any other person or entity. A User may not employ false identifiers to impersonate any person or entity or to misrepresent or disguise the true origin of any content.
  8. Users may post questions and quieries regarding any feedback that is wanted for work completed within the members facebook group, and not to personal direct messenger. If messages are sent to personal profiles, they will be redirected to the facebook group.


Postings, including but not limited to comments and replies to discussion topics, are not to be relied on as professional opinions or advice, and postings are not intended to constitute technical, financial or legal guidelines or to supplant individual judgment with respect to particular situations.
The Femalepreneurs Academy does not endorse, approve, recommend, or certify any information, product, process, service or organisation presented or mentioned on the Members group, and information from the Members group should not be referenced in any way to imply such approval or endorsement. The Femalepreneurs Academy makes no representations, warranties, or other commitments whatsoever about any non-Femalepreneurs Academy websites or third-party resources that may be referenced.
We reserve the right to monitor the Members Group and remove Submissions or materials we believe are not in conformity with these Terms of Use or in the best interests of the Femalepreneurs Academy and its members, we undertake no obligation to do so.

Limitations of Liability

Neither the Femalepreneurs Academy directors, employees, agents or representatives shall be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in any way relating to (a) the use of or inability to use the Members Group, (b) errors or omissions from Members Group content, (c) any third party websites content therein directly or indirectly accessed through links in any Members Group, (d) the unavailability of the Members Group, (e) any use of the Members Group or reliance by the user on any information or content contained therein; nor shall they be liable to users or any other person for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages arising from  or in any way relating to the foregoing, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages occurring.  In no event may a user bring any claim or cause of action again the Femalepreneurs Academy.

Representations by users; indemnification

The User is solely responsible for the contents of his / her submissions to the Members Group.  User represents that he / she has all the rights necessary to pot the information, content or materials submitted to the Members Group without violating the copyrights or any other intellectual property rights of third parties, and that no submission by the user will violate the laws of the rights of third persons.  User hereby indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Femalepreneurs Academy and its directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims asserted against them and any liability, loss, damage, costs or expenses (including reaonsable legal fees) incurred or suffered by them in connection with or arising out of users acts or omissions or the materials or information user submits to the Members Group.

Refund Policy

Due to having no contracts, no tie ins or commitments – Users can cancel at anytime, Femalepreneurs Academy have a strict NO refunds policy. It is the users responsibility to monitor their own payments and be in control of their accounts. Upon signing up, users receive a welcome email with all login details and information on how to access the materials. The user is responsible for following and reading their information received from Femalepreneurs Academy and should be fully aware of the policies in place.
If you have not used Femalepreneurs Academy services or accessed any training materials, and payment has been debited from your account – Femalepreneurs Academy do not offer refunds – it is the users responsibility to manage their time and account. No refund will be issued, however the user is within their right to cancel their account.
For Our programmes – All payments are non refundable and failure to complete payment plans, will result in legal action.
